Hi, I'm Francesca
a mom of 2 who holds a Master’s in Forensic Psychology, worked in Law Enforcement Intelligence, and founded Humansave, a mental health nonprofit that provides therapy to human trafficking & child sexual exploitation survivors as young as 2 years old. I’m especially passionate about helping parents connect the dots between child safety and generational healing, while helping them build a legacy of wellness for future generations.
Keeping our kids safe is less about withholding cellphones and more about becoming the kind of parent who raises them with the skills and traits to confidently navigate the real world.
This is why breaking generational cycles is so important–the more present and empathetic we are as parents, the more we deepen our connection with our kids. And after 15+ years of working in child safety, mental health, & anti-trafficking, I know that our connectedness becomes their strongest armor.

Legacy of Wellness Community
I built this community as an extension of the greatest gift that my mom (the first Cycle Breaker in my bloodline!) gave to me: the knowledge that I would never have to heal alone. Within this supportive community of over 200 parents from all over the world, I share child safety tips, insights on breaking generational cycles, and exactly how you can start building a new legacy of wellness for your children and everyone who comes after.
